Steve Bocca has been in the mortgage industry for more than 12 years. For most of that time, he has held the role of branch manager and has closed more than $25 million a month in volume. Over the years, Steve has been recognized for his work in the industry with numerous awards: Platinum Mortgage Bankers Award, Circle of Excellence Winner, and Presidents Club. Steve is one of department of community affairs GA Dream top producers each year.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Steve attended Georgia College and State University where he studied finance and exercise science on a baseball scholarship. He even had the opportunity to play baseball in the Valley and Cape Leagues. As a resident of Roswell for ten years now, Steve is active in the community with Cobb Board of Realtors, Sandy Plains Baseball Association, Sandy Plains Baseball Sponsor Chairman, and manager of the 7U Cougars World Series Champion Team.

Why Get Pre-Qualified?
- Pre-qualification acts as a dry run of the loan application process. The mortgage lender will use details you provide about your credit, income, assets and debts to arrive at an estimate of how much mortgage you can afford. The whole process may take only minutes or a few hours at most, and is free.
- While a "pre-qual" is non-binding to the lender (because the information you provide has not been verified), it does serve as a good indication to potential sellers of your general creditworthiness.
- These days most sellers will NOT accept an offer without at least a pre-approval letter, so if you are serious about buying this is the first step towards getting you in your new home.
